FabHotel The Eden Roc Noida's Finest

"There was no hotel Luxury retreat for which I had done the booking & got confirmation even on the date of check in. There was another hotel by name Warm Welcome but it was closed & not accepting any bookings. Spent 30 minutes finding the place since there were no signboards & no one knew about the property. Had to shift to another hotel by paying Rs 1500/-. Spent an hour in finding alternate accommodation.When I escalated this I got a call from Fabhotels about another property Eden Roc. Got one room at 5 pm, other room was not ready. Finally got the 2nd room at 11 pm. Flush not working in one room, geyser not working in the other room. TV not working. Rooms were not clean. Lift was not working. Bathroom fittings were corroded. No signboard outside the hotel. Overall a very traumatic experience traveling with family. Please refund Rs. 1500/- spent by me in booking alternate accommodation for 3-4 hours."

"Room was 3rd grade, washroom and faucets (shower etc.) dilapated, with tons of mosquitos wandering there around. The AC was inadvertently cut off at 9 AM, and then started after insisting them may be there way of wake up alarm. I opted in for breakfast (which included only 2 parathas and only tea) , which was not worth it. Location wise, fantastic, within reach of metro station."
